Return & Refund Policy

• Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 2 days of receipt.
  • We will either issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional charge.

• Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items are non-returnable due to a proof will be sent for approval prior to engraving.

• How to Return Items:

  • Items should be shipped back to the return address provided by our customer service team. Return shipping costs may be covered by us, depending on the reason for the return.

• Refund Process:
